Mateo Vargas founded Apex Construction Partners after identifying the need for a partnership with builders and developers that went beyond the typical 20% markup. Sought for ability to perform in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments while under heavy workloads, Mr. Vargas brings proven expertise in business development, relationship building, inventory management, safety management, and more to the table at his role at Apex Construction. He has over 10 years of construction experience, and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami.
F. Pablo Bayona
With 20+ years in the construction industry, F. Pablo Bayona is proficient in all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. He is a board member and investor, as well as active chairperson in the daily operations of Apex Construction.
His knowledge of field operations and his management style has made him a respected leader, while his guidance and focus on high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and customer service has grown Apex Construction Partners from a start-up to a well-established and versatile general contracting company.
Mr. Bayona has an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a BS in Construction Management from St. Cloud State University.
